Steven Pugliese, Esq.

Steven Pugliese has been practicing criminal law for over 40 years and has handled 1,000s of cases. As a
criminal defense lawyer, he has tried about 100 felony cases to verdict with significant success.

He began practicing immigration law about 15 years ago, specializing in removal defense in federal
immigration court. Steven loves the complexity of immigration law and carefully studies all the issues
that can benefit his clients and keep them in the United States. With his proven success and changes in
United States immigration law, Steven often advises other attorneys on how to handle complex DACA,
DAPA, permanent resident, naturalization and deportation matters.

Above all, Steven has the experience and willingness to tackle any legal issue and help his clients get the
results they need. He is past Treasurer of the New York Criminal Bar Association and a member of the
American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
